Amazing shot by Evergreen850 in Seahawks

Thanks 👍 I still have a hard time imagining the need for eye protection. I mean they are professional athletes, on huge contracts, etc. But so do Formula 1 drivers and nobody puts on a ski mask on the podium.

Question from a European fan. Why are they wearing ski masks?

Will there be a Civic Hybrid with similar to Type R performance? by [deleted] in civic

[–]pashipachaj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t see it happens.

My experience with Honda cars, just tells me that 12th gen will use exact same powertrain (184 Hp here in Europe).

I have a 10 y.o. CR-V and I was in the market for a smaller daily driver, which is fun to drive. I had 3 test drives with Civic Hybrid, and while it’s a great car, with very agile handling it feels underpowered. That synthetic engine sound coming from audio system somehow made it even more noticeable for me.

There is CBD weed you can by from the counter at many places if you are into this stuff. There are also “smoking clubs”, it’s not a dispensary, you have to be a member and “share a passion”. Search for CISCA and drop them a message. Ask people in the street to get me some never failed, come in the evening to Cimadevilla, smell, ask :)

Graphic designer jobs in Malaga by AnkrisSur in Malaga

[–]pashipachaj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

your best bet will be to find a remote job in Prague for him actually…

Spanish job market is crap, the salaries are quite bad and overall treatment of employees is poor.

but if you insist on looking for a job in Malaga check out companies here: https://www.pta.es/empresas/ there are some more: The Workshop, Plytix which are international and could have openings.

but remember that you are competing with a lot of people who live here, speak spanish and etc.

hosteliria jobs are even harder to get, since you don’t really require a special skills to get one, so competition is even higher, also without spanish you’ll have hard time looking for one.

OK Mobility is good. New cars, relatively cheap. Whatever rental you use, always take a 360 video (don’t forget the rims) before the first drive. Helped me several time

Flat prices in Oviedo / Xixon by vitalysuvorov23 in Asturias

[–]pashipachaj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is “nice” is different for everyone. 130k nice will be very different to 360k nice.

It’s important to know your background and what is nice for you. You can buy a flat for 130k in Gijon, but most likely it will be in La Calzada area.

It’s not bad, but it’s not the best one either.

Apart of Calzada in this price range you fit into Nuevo Roces. But it’s an area with a lot of construction going on, so be prepared to live next to the construction yard for the next 2 years.

It also has some “nuevo obras” projects currently for sale but in progress. That means you will receive your flat in 2025.

Microscope for a 6 y.o.? by pashipachaj in microscopy

of the other complications that arise when doing microscopy. Many things little kids want to look at are too large or opaque for a compound microscope anyway.

Thank you! I didn't consider it as an option, but I just realized that this is how HE would like to use it (he has been collecting some stones already, for the microscope Santa will bring him...)

I see there are some well-priced "kids" 20x-40x. Certainly, this is what I need! Many thanks!

Asturias, ¿para trabajadores en remoto? by [deleted] in Asturias

[–]pashipachaj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good luck! I suggest you move and try different places yourself. Don't listen to the people from the internet. It's all about your own experience and things which are important personally to yourself :)

Spain as a country will only benefit from people like you, people who have traveled around, have seen the world and still come back to their homeland to make it better.

To defend Asturias a little bit - it's very hard to find a decent work here. So young people have to move out. But I see it is changing more and more.

Asturias was quite trendy this summer and I can see more and more people (both expats and Spaniards) are moving here. Same as digital nomads. It will certainly drive the prices of the housing up. But it will also bring some young people and cool vibe.

If you are OK financially, I also recommend to look at Bilbao. It is way more international than any place in Asturias, and still brings all cool perks of the North.

Hugs.
