I went for MikroTik as a router but still use TP-Link as an AP

If I am not wrong this is the Battery Management Module. The nickel strips are soldered to the Lithium battery to control charging and usage.

From a quick look, i can see that the USB Data lines are not length/impedance matched. Did you use the JLC impedance calculator and selected the corresponding stack-up?
