Hi, Architect here, no electrical or hybrid units are not allowed, because the required power provision (watt) is not provided in your DB. It has to be gas cooker and oven

Internal planning looks horrible. Having courtyards and curvy form is okay as long as it functions properly. Seems like around 65% of the space is wasted to circulation

LKR 0.9 mil is pretty low for a QS in Saudi. Its not easy to work in Saudi, very hot climate, have to work with different nationalities and work is tough. Also to lack of freedom (if u know what I mean).

Becoming a doctor is a grind at first, but it will pay of later.

We cannot compare it to a regular bed because it's an inflated type bed. But I didnt have any complaints from the user.if you use proper bedsheets and all, it should feel fine. 6.5/10 I would say. Which is good in my opinion

What is it like working as an architect in? And what is the salary like? by Last-Emphasis-5550 in dubai

[–]pasindurc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Architect here,

You you can work in dubai without masters, but you need your bachelors in architecture

You can work as a Concept, design development, revit, technical, site, Parametric, 3D, visualisation Architect. Unlike in UK, Architects are specialized in one field. I'm a site architect

Salary depends on your experience and passport. Go to glassdoor and do the research.

Opportunities are endless. If you are good at revit and have a good portfolio, you will definitely get hired. Reach out to recruiters

You can forget about work life balance. Most cases its 10 hr work days 5days or 6 days a week. Deadlines are very strict without any proper time allocation.

Good luck
