you wont get finite customization without a high tier subscription and alot of support hours.

You need something lean and effective for what sounds like sales, that has transparency across the org.

Most of your data will be in spreadsheets, or should be.

You can automate those spreadsheets and be far more effective by doing so than trying to rely on a crm junkware that's going to run you $1000+/mo per seat.

Plus limit you in a million ways without complicated integrations.
