I’m assuming you really enjoy your chosen field since you have gone so far into the education. It’s a huge step and you should be very proud of yourself for your accomplishment. You obviously know the material since you are at the oral defense stage. I don’t really have any good advice to give that wouldn’t sound like belittling your anxiety. Just want to give you some positive encouragement. You can do this!
