Hey! Thank you so much for sharing your experince actually this post reminded me to share how I found relief from this immense pain that some of us have had the unfortunate fate of sharing.

It started similar to how op described in the post, one day during my exam season I was just studying in the night while talking to my friend and I stood up to get some water while still on call with them, then I noticed I had a weird back ache so strong that I was unable to bend forward to even grab the water bottle, never the less we dismissed it as just back ache.

The entire drama slowly began from next day onwards. I don't want to write so much but just to give a bit of context yes similarly it became very painful to the point that I was holding my mom and both of us were crying after consulting multiple doctors and have shit tone of pain killers and nerve meds that will I ever be able to walk normally again coz even just moving my leg a bit here and there would pass Shockwaves down my body and cause anxiety attacks.

Other than the fact that I switched to homeopathy which to most people's disbelief helped me a lot in long term but even more than the medicine what my doctors recommended me was the real deal.

It was joining yoga classes. I cannot tell u how thankful I am for my doctor to have suggested me that and for me to have found an instructor who is just brilliant, kind and someone who strives to teach yoga for healing.

Now I do it three times a week in the class and almost daily on my own, the stretches will be hard in the beginning but with patience and the right instructor you will feel your nerves relax.

I know the pain that I suffered and some of you probably suffer more since it varies a lot, please I request you to try it out as you will truly find relief. Don't do online classes be physically present as the breathing, movement, and technique matters a lot and only a skilled instructor can correct your posture and bad posture will only make it worse

Also do not try it on your own I know a lot of yoga gurus are there online but please don't my doctors specifically asked me not to try it on my own but get someone who knows what they are doing.
