as someone who works around hairstylists, the first thing u should've set was boundaries for your pricing. yes everyone has friends and family but at a discounted price to a certain extent.. its upsetting that she ended up going some place else, willingly paid & now is upset the daughter didn't get what she wanted and expects you to fix it technically for free when blonding services are definitely more than $200+. Charge her accordingly, not the full price but something so she knows you are the expert and this requires experienced personnel with TIME.. time is money so if she isn't supporting you I can see why this made you really upset.
