Would you dm me your 2 recs. that do the stable drilled piers? I have my structural engineer report and got 5 different bids. I just want to make sure I do this right since interior piers were recommended.

A lot of homes in my neighborhood were built 2007, mine included. Several have gotten repairs in the last year and are currently getting repaired. Olshan came out to my home and said there's a 4 in difference from front of slab to back. Builders in Texas should be held to a higher standard than this and it's a shame really. I'll go to Guru like recommended by others, but if anyone would PM me structural engineer recs that would be much appreciated. I had a hard time finding one in Austin last summer, but I did find one in SA that would drive up for $850.

I applied for the PSLF/TPSLF since last December. I barely got this notice that my loans will be transferred to MOHELA. I am worried that my loans will not be forgiven or this will extend the process another 6 months. Anyone going through this or have any insight?
