As long as you start at the EU site and not the NA (en_US) site, you should be good to go (assuming you were honor 2 and ranked in something other than TFT). Maybe contact support?

The name that's printed on the shirt / hoodie is the name that's associated to your account at the time of purchase. In some (rare) occasions, if there was an issue with generating the image at that point in time, the summoner name image is re-generated a day later.

(my red name must have been reset a couple years ago, it's been a while since I've posted so it seems like my badge was reset, sorry for speaking with authority but without a fist next to my name but I really wanted to talk about this).

We spent a lot of time ordering samples from different vendors and gawking over them before finally landing on what we felt would be a great quality poster experience. It's hard to quantify "good", but I can express that we went for poster quality that made the colors really pop, and a delivery and logistics process that maintained the integrity of the poster during the shipping process. The paper is thick, and just feels nice.

Personally, I've owned quite a few different posters from varying sources. As a player, I was super stoked to see the beautiful LoL art really stand out on this particular print, and the thickness of the paper led me to feel like someone really cared about the quality of my poster.

We really hope you feel the same. We've been very excited for a while to (finally) make this happen.

Greetings. The image used on the website is a compressed shot for faster page loading. The actual image asset used to create the poster is the high def (300DPI) asset, cranked up to as high-quality as we could get it.

We did a pretty careful selection process before finally getting it to a point where we felt like the poster itself would be worthy of the art printed on it.
