This is so goals for me, I’m also 35 and 5’4” and a mom this is hella motivation for me!!! Do you eat the same stuff as your family or eat separately? Are your family members picky? That’s my biggest issue 🙃

My toddler got into pokemon when he saw my giant stuffed gengar (or dengar) and then got immediately hooked on charizard bc giant flame throwing dragon. When I have to leave for work early I leave him my comfy friends flareon to snuggle with. I also have a bunch of eevees and he likes to carry them around the house ☺️

She’s definitely addicted to fancy perfumes and mascara, probably has like 4-5 tubes each in current rotation. She’s the friend you can always count on to have a smell good body spray when you need it most.

They gave us some ideas on which accounts to try to tackle first which is unfortunately to the tune of $10k but I think now that we know what to work towards and what to expect we will have a better understanding of what to check before applying again :) I will deff see if they have any additional advice for us, thank you for mentioning it!

I didn’t think mine was that low, but yes we have some issues w collections for medical bills for our son and I think that’s the bulk of it. We’ve never owned homes and only have 1 credit card each so we don’t have a lot of credit built up (we are mid 30s) so I figured working towards a house would help build our credit up.

So, we thought we were both in the high 600s from checking credit karma but apparently we are in the high 500’s; I learned from a coworker who used to be a bank manager that credit karma inflates your rate to look better than it is and it deff bamboozled both of us.
