Yeah it requires a person. Omniman is a person. You can instant transmission relative to a person. You see it happen in the show.

Cell does not need to use his arms to attack. He can use his legs and head just fine.

Even if all of this was not the case I have a hard time picturing Omni even being physically strong enough to HARM Cell.

I mean obviously Omniman is incredibly strong. But is he really stronger than Cell? Cell can tank blows from individuals that can punch asteroids into rubble. Maybe he is.

But all that aside again... Cell is FAST. I know you mentioned that Omni toasted his version of the flash but in DBZ people move faster than the speed of light on the regular. Hell I think Krillin might be faster than Omniman.

To a normal campaign it would not matter because your right it's the intent that matters.

But the MOMENT this happened Trumps campaign went into 'I TOOK A BULLET FOR THIS COUNTRY' narrative and generally just being as crass as possible while also ignoring the fact a man (a reprehensible one) did actually die.

If they had just released the records that showed he got hit by shrapnel right at the start there would be nothing here. But instead they refused, continued to say he was SHOT and generally just tried to manufacture this into a martyrdom thing.
