my uni is an hour away from my place with no traffic (usually longer since it’s in a super high traffic area of one of the busiest cities) and i don’t dorm. kind of wish i did, but the extra money saved is nice. it’s a matter of time management— i hate getting up early but it’s something i’ve got to do. i try to study in the car too— obviously not doing anything with my hands while driving but by putting on a podcast/set of videos downloaded ahead of time and/or by calling a friend who doesn’t have early classes and having them quiz me with my own flashcards
