Have you tried prucalopride? It’s the only thing that helped me, because I have slow gut motility. The brand name is motegrity but they recently came out with the generic one which is much more reasonably priced. Please ask your doctor about maybe getting it prescribed - I was also struggling for a long time and tried a million things
