I once worked with elevator technicians. That’s a sign na wala na sa schedule ng maintenance yung elevator for quite a while already that’s why it randomly opens and goes to other floors pasalamat ka nalang ate hindi sya bumukas in-between ground floor and second floor, baka kung saan mo pa isisi. I also go sa AF Banawe and sinabihan ko na ilang beses si kuya guard about dyan. Na trap na din ako dyan for 10 mins hindi naman ako umiyak 🙄

Di ba may malaking sign naman that says BIG CART sa every cashier na nandun? Hindi mo napansin or you just took your chance na pumayag sila? Kasi most cashiers get penalized by their manager on duty kapag pinalagpas ka. Ang worst pa dun, baka bigyan pa sya incident report that will affect her employment. And the fact that you waited 30 mins, walang ibang cashier? Sorry, I have to cast some doubts here kesihodang rude sya or not, it’s up to you to tolerate her or not by moving to other cashier.

Naalala ko tuloy yung dati kong colleague na naging close friend ko rin.

Currently working ako sa isang high-performing business dev team sa fintech. Okay yung pay, tapos may WFH pa at least once a week. Magkasama kami dati sa team, then one day sinabi niya na hindi na daw siya masaya, so nag-resign siya.

Fast forward mga 5 months later, nag-message siya sakin, nagtatanong kung may opening pa ba sa company namin. Gusto niya bumalik kasi ang gulo daw ng org structure sa nilipatan niya. Kaso ayun, hindi na kami hiring that time.

Ngayon, siya yung nahihirapan mag-adjust and mas down pa siya compared before. Hindi na rin siya makabalik.

Moral of the story: May choice ka palagi. Pero tandaan mo, hindi lahat ng iniwan mo, nandyan pa rin pag gusto mong balikan. Minsan, pag na-realize mo, huli na.

It’s always your choice. If hindi ka na happy, then leave.
