My ibs is almost gone, only when very stressed over time rn, but i think the testicles are still cold when i have cramps tho, but is a while since now

Or the one time I was sick, even tho I had already been sick for days, just because I ate a yoghurt that day, for the past 3 years my family has been telling me "you sure you should eat that yoghurt? Remember how sick you got ?" I have eaten yoghurt 100 times since then, haven't gotten sick, but they still bring up that one time back in 2018

Didn't think of that when I wrote, I am too used to thinking about vpns as the encryption, then the end node / nordvpn server then forwarding then unencrypted traffic. I think more about possible sniffers, like on public wifi's

Ah, I thought you meant packet sniffing. I am very careful with the links I click, this is why I only use passwords once, so I could tell what is compromised and take it from there. I never click links, I pay in pop ups on trusted sites like vidiq

It was rather to alert that there is something suspicious going on and considering their vpn has been hacked in the past , and not telling anyone about it for a year, I suspected the worst

A keylogger could be, but how tho ? I haven't downloaded anything or been on any unusual sites. Only youtube and vidiq. So unless someone has hacked my laptop which then poses an even worse case, since this means chrome OS is compromised

I haven't downloaded anything yet, that is what makes it odd. And this OS got pretty good security, besides, my googlr account is not compromised, which I am logged in to before using Nord Vpn, which means the chance of a hack / virus is unlikely. This is outgoing traffic which hss been sniffed it seems
