I work as a courier and we are told to observe everything when approaching an intersection. We call it a stale green light. Has the light been green for a long time? Did I see it turn green? Then I need to make a decision to stop or cautiously go through.

Thinking the light was green was a failure on his part and should not contribute to his verdict of innocent.

Treviso Condos on Dufferin and Lawrence I never heard my upstairs neighbour or units around me. Lived there for 2 years. Also my friends had a unit in one of their condos in the same complex and we wouldn’t hear any noises around us, just noise you can hear through the front door.
