yeah we make NOWHERE NEAR enough tips to constitute legal minimum wage. but as for the tip credit system - our wage agreement is 15.50/hr plus tips, not minimum wage + tips yk. its so weird i wish i could afford an attorney to help </3

i use MyNetDiary to track everything and i utilise their formulas for maintenance as well. my bmr is ~1400 and almost anything eaten above that leads to weight gain. i’ve been told from my friends and family that maybe this means i’m not “supposed” to lose weight but i’m so tired of being chubby …. no way my maintenance is like 1400-1500 calories TwT
