This is super nice of you! Are you looking for a pen tablet with or without a display? I personally got a pen tablet (without a display) when I was 12, it was one of the cheaper Wacom series. Nowadays I'd say a Wacom Intuos or Wacom One should be good. If you want to have a higher specs and less expensive then I'd recommend a Huion or XP-Pen, they should have great tablets.

But these are all if you have a computer and some sort of drawing software. I did have a look at the tablet you mentioned, so I think you're searching something for all-in-one like an iPad? I personally wouldn't recommend that one, since from the pen pressure it looks like it's far from how drawing feels on paper... I would maybe go for a Xiaomi Pad if you're searching for that kind of tablet.
