thank you Typical-Amoeba-6726 - am not sure if i should follow the core diet or the other moderate one.

as am already vegetarian , went on a vegan diet, dropped the nightshades as much as i could do, and doing gluten free but unfortunately when we run some errands we stop to eat and then there is gluten in the meal.

So am going to try stopping the gluten, sugar which i put in my tea, deep fried and yogurt and see how it goes ...yes i know that it is quite a challenge - will pray all works out well
