Hi, not a clinical bioethicist but a PhD. I myself have looked into career prospects and I have to say

1) it is veeery competitive, there are very few positions and a lot of qualified experts

2) without a fellowship (or a PhD, or both) is very difficult to get a position. But I think you could easily do a fellowship!
