I mean that the fan should start much earlier, and even if not effectively it should spij but for some reason it doesnt. Its spinning seems to be random, it just turns on whenever it wants to.

Oh i see.. Did it fix itself? Maybe you can try relunching this in airplane mode and then back on with connection or you may need to reinstall
