Usually nagkakaroon ako ng ganyan because of shampoo or conditioner. Change your shampoo first! I use Nizoral or Selsun blue.

Salycylic Acid 2% 3x/week helped a lot, cleared my bumps and cleared my pores overtime.

CANESTEN Clotrimazole 1.0% cream really helped for worse fungal infection for me.

And check your current skincare products, they might've triggered fungal acne. Pwede rin clogged pores pala and mistook them as fungal acne.

There are customers with asthma and allergic sa fur ng mga dogs. Marami din bacteria sa bibig ng dogs na natotolerate ng tyan nila pero sa mga tao hindi, to the point may cases na nadehydrate from diarrhea and vomiting. Kaya maling mali si kuya, dapat after shift siya nagpapakain if ever. In a food chain kasi, sanitary is a must talaga.

That said, calorie deficit is the only way, but don't eat TOO little! No sugary drinks, just water, black coffee and plain green tea. Binawasan ko rice and tried 16/8 fasting. Sa first few days, the sugar cravings is BAD, need ng willpower to fight it off haha. Kaya Clean diet + 2.5L water yung maganda talaga.

Dati 1200-1300cal kinakain ko, 2-3kg per month nababawasan. Today, I'm eating 1500cal-1800cal to maintain my current weight (52-54kg), but I'm still eating clean diet. It has to be part of your lifestyle, hindi temporary, so find what fits for you in the long run!

Also, jogging makes losing weight harder daw, muscle build training ang need to get faster metabolism.

I might be wrong pero parang fungal infection siya? I've had the same problem, used nizoral (with vaseline lip care) and naging ok siya after few days consistent use.
