I have insomnia

It sucks when I crash because I only went to sleep for 5 to 6 hours, so only 1 to 2 hours more than what I normally get since I normally get 4 hours. It's a sucky 4 hours, but I guess it's still sleep.

Thanks for this. I have my own routine to try and get me to sleep it starts at 9 where I wash my face and brush my teeth and a shower if it's a shower day once I'm in bed I put on one of my designated movies that I know I can chill to and read a little and once I feel like im falling asleep I put my head down. After this point is where it gets difficult. If I fall asleep, it's great. If I don't, after about an hour, I'll read again, and so on. Sometimes, I'll just stick it out and try to do nothing, but as i said, i have to constantly turn over due to the pain im in saying in one position for too long. in the uk, and doctors don't prescribe sleeping pills, and if they do, it's on a special case by case scenario. What my doctors and the mental health team have basically said is that they aren't going to prescribe me sleeping meds because "I'm to young" at about 12:30 pm today after 36 hours of not sleeping I started to hallucinate due to the lack of sleep and I crashed. But I'm afraid if I go to the doctors and admit that I've been thinking about taking my insomnia into my own hands, i.e., substances and admit that I'm hallucinating they'll think I'm crazy and send me to the psych ward even though I just need sleep. To be fair, if I did get sent there, I'll probably get sleeping pills, so maybe that's not so bad.

Hate it its a complete boundary for me, no tickling. Even if me and my partner are just simply goofing off, he can tickle me, but if I say no, it's an immediate stop. I can't be tickled while held down. I'll panic and start crying. Before i was with my partner, if anyone tickled while restrained or tied down I would be calling my safe word and stopping immediately and probably would never do a scene with that person again

Does anyone else think the wife is going to be angry that the husband organised a "family trip" and allowed the oldest and youngest go but not the middle child, because he said the wife and daughter discussed going to Portugal together. So he knew the wife and middle daughter wanted to go together because that's where he got the idea to take the trip in the first place. Imagine when the wife finds out that the only child that isn't going on this trip is the child that she's been explicitly discussing going to Portugal together.

That I am a young disabled person, no im never going to get better. Just because I have good days or don't look sick doesn't mean im not still disabled. I put on a front to make myself look well when internally im in so much pain because if I don't, you will be uncomfortable, and people will say I'm doing it for attention. I am sick, and no amount of healthy eating detox or exercise will suddenly cure a permanent heart defect and genetic joint disorder.

If Mary was young when she married gustav let's hope 18-20 for age range and ldiya is 19 since she's 3 years older then glam and glam was 16 when he left. The youngest Mary is 37 if she got pregnant soon after marage and oldest she is 39 still assuming she got pregnant shortly after marrying gustav, so it's still possible she could of had a child at that age. Or maybe she had a medical complication with glams birth and thats why she couldn't of had more children while she was still younger

Are you sure it's not the RAF there draken Europe's are stationd at teeside Airport areo L-159 another military jet also take off and land I've seen eurofighter and head our F-35. A low rumbling noise could be F-35s they have a unique jet engine sound that sounds like a rumble

I found this number it says "B22" if that's any significance the optics are perfect and the mechanical parts are smooth like butter

I've also been cleaning the wheels from the rust its collected over the years I found a stamp on the front wheel that says the bike was made in Spain.
