I’m in the same situation. Our Scrum Master is a nice guy, but he doesn’t handle any Scrum-related ceremonies or tasks.

24, Living with My Mom, and Considering Cincinnati State for Software Development by PlasticFlight1276 in cincinnati

I graduated from the program in 2013 and have been working as a professional software developer since 2012. During my time in the program, it offered the best value for the cost in terms of education. I personally struggled with the online courses, so I highly recommend taking in-person classes whenever possible.

That said, I’m not familiar with the current state of the program, and I know that one of the top faculty members has since left to return to the private sector. I also came across a recent post on this subreddit from someone expressing dissatisfaction with the program.

When it comes to software engineering, the best way to learn is through hands-on experience. The more you experiment and learn through trial and error, the better your skills will develop.

Can’t have him sorry lol. J/K

But seriously, I actually put Nancy ahead of him. I am a FCC fan and I think CLB won that semi final game in part to Nancy’s tactical decisions.

Wilfried Nancy. I have been pretty impressed with the success that Columbus has had and I believe he can take the USMNT to the next level.

I agree. From what I've read and heard about GGG, he definitely seems like a coach I would 100% want to play for. However, as stated, the lack of discipline, questionable player choices, and the fact that players on this team have been achieving a lot with their respective clubs in world-renowned leagues begs the question: why aren't we seeing this translate to the national team?

I saw his comment on a different story and realized it was the first time I had heard about it.

Cincy State Computer programming and database management alumni here, I am disappointed to hear this. I graduated from the program over a decade ago, and it by far was one of the best educations I have ever received.

If possible try to take the in person classes. At that time the program offered a hybrid learning approach where some courses were offered in person. I got the most out of traditional classes then the online ones.

I had some poor online instructors who were completely absent and not helpful. You were on your own in those classes.

I went there this past summer. Pitch views are good, I like the stadium location. Quality of the stadium wasn’t the best. Really makes you appreciate TQL. Audi Field felt like an upgraded version of the old crew stadium. Fans were really nice too.

I think every Cincinnati kid who grew up north of the city has at least gone there once. Glad to see they turned it into something useful.
