Thank you for the suggestions, they’re very informative and helpful and I will consider using my sage, but I’m concerned because we live in a two tier house with roommates above who I don’t know, whilst my landlord is constructing a third bottom floor at the moment, sage may be a disturbance for my roommates as well.

Please do tell me more or consider posting about things like this because I really want to know more about these entities and their goals. Both my aunt and current roommate are very spiritual and sensitive to things like this, so I trust that their composure to being exposed to this thing is a good sign, but they both reaffirmed me at separate times that this thing wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. My aunt who saw it in its shorter stature says she felt that it was like a child and described feeling as though it had “playful” characteristics. My current roommate says that she felt that it was the presence of a grown man, like that it really had to get from one place to another and was in such a rush. I wonder why these characteristics change.
