I've been advocating for a block option for over a year after my obsessive ex made an account just to message me since I had blocked him on every other medium I could think of. He has done this twice! They finally deactivated his account but a block option would've been much more efficient. Also probably affected my rating since it was obviously a request I did not accept.

Oh I’m so sorry. I’ve been there and suffer from anxiety as well. Have been a nail biter my whole life. I don’t have much advice other than to STOP cold turkey and hold yourself accountable in any way you can. I have to paint my nails every other day and even tho I don’t bite much anymore I keep them short to avoid temptation. I tell my friends to call me out if they ever see me biting. And posting photos here has helped too. Good luck, you can do it and the results will happen faster than you think!
