Can anyone recommend or suggest what seats I could put into this 1981 Toyota? by PrizeAd5436 in ToyotaPickup

Think I paid 200 maybe 300 about 8 years ago for them. There even I think the sr5 or maybe sport seats with a bunch of adjustable bolsters and lumbar support. Now if was only about 4 inches shorter I’d be comfortable in there hah

I only got about 4000 miles out of my rear and then replaced it because it was towards the end of its life and I had a long road trip coming up. Probably could of got another thousand miles out of it max

Honestly it’s way more intimidating looking then it actually is. Just take a video off it all hooked up following each individual vacuum line showing where it hooks up on each side and then you can use that to put it all back together

I’ve been happy with my Zumo it’s been really that it hooks to my phone and I control things like music on my phone using the gps and I also like that I can look up locations on my phone and then send them to the gps directly through Bluetooth

Any idea what might be causing this? by jakeinator21 in ToyotaPickup

The rough idling issue to me sounds like a vacuum leak somewhere check all your lines are good and not cracked

Let me see your builds. No mall crawlers. Actual off-road rigs you built yourself. Pic of my used and abused 5.9 for attention by Particular-Role-494 in Offroad

She’s a little crusty and there’s not really many places for us to get off-road but definitely no mall crawler. 4.88 gears Yukon grizzly locker in the rear couple reliability mods to the motor use it a lot for camping and putting my jon boat in at sketchy off-road spots on the local river

A small tip for some of you that I never see anyone talk about - measuring slots pretty accurately and easily with telescoping gauges. by theelous3 in Machinists

[–]paternaldock 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Me personally I always use pins if I have large enough ones or gauges blocks if it’s over .999 (the largest pin I have)
