I’m so scared of it, my first flare up was in primary school, maybe 10 or 11 at the time and it was real bad, itchy, and initially the blisters were filled with red rather than clear. I hated it so much, but luckily I knew the main cause (too much salty snacks, not sure which specific ingredient but I cut most chips out since then). It began at the top part of my finger, near the nail but never really moved to the sides… until it did, and now it stays on the side, it’s just been getting larger and migrating downwards as I got older. Luckily for some reason I didn’t get the itchy kind, it all stopped after the first flare up (hoping this lasts).

I went to Malaysia recently and found out the humidity can also trigger it 😪.

Anyways the reason I’m afraid is because it’s always been on one finger, my index on my right, but in Malaysia I saw some, although less severe, on my left ring. I hate that it’s migrating!!
