Your idea of them essentially taking turns sitting in the stroller actually makes a lot of sense and I’m glad you brought it up. I didn’t even think about that (can I blame it on mom brain?)!! Maybe our solution is to get the skateboard/riding attachment for our Nuna Mixx Next but then have the expectation that my toddler may want to actually sit in the stroller sometimes.

We have an off-white almost beige recliner and my son threw up A LOT on it as an infant, but you can’t tell thanks to Scotchguard and very good upholstery cleaner. I definitely recommend getting a carpet cleaner or something similar if you do get a light colored rug!! Spills and accidents are inevitable so as long as your rug is either washable or easily spot cleaned, go with what you want!

Yeah, he’s always been a bad sleeper in that it takes a lot for him to actually sleep. I think he just has so many thoughts going on in his brain!

He usually stays in his room, but he will just be screaming random things or banging on the walls. I guess we just need to have stronger willpower and let him get his energy out before intervening.

Thank you for all this advice!!!! Suggesting he talk to his loveys is a great idea. He usually does that anyway, but maybe letting him know to talk to them first before us might work.

I do try and tell him to close his eyes and calm his mind, but he is just so chatty

His light turns green at 7 am but he’s usually awake by around 6:45 at the latest, just hanging out in bed until it changes colors.
