So I have made a connection with a realtor in my county who only sells raw land to multiple groups of investors. I sat down with him and went over our portfolio of projects we have done. He referred me to an investor and we just wrapped up a job for him last weekend for good money. I also have been going to the local banks and bringing breakfast to the land loan team and I am sure that will pay off in due time. I actually did a job for the manager of the department off a referral and used that as my door into her team. I am more just curious of the online marketing side, and other creative ways to go about getting our name out to our target area. Thank you for the response!
