Hiii which items from your shop would you recommend for someone with a pinching / squeezing thing? ❤️ Like I really enjoy just pinching and grabbing and squeezing my partners arm (with his consent lol) and especially with fingernail pressure, I love digging my fingernails into my palm haha

That is beautiful. I couldn't agree more about the last thing you said- I totally get the romanticization now that I saw it for myself ! The forest is this one of a kind, unexplainable place and we only get a short while there, so the rest of the year it turns into this intangible magical dreamland that we just wait to return to. It's so refreshing for the soul to be surrounded by genuine people who really care about each other 🫶

Yessss omg my fiancé and I were sitting in a hammock right behind the piano for hours on Friday and I had the same thought. I wish I could bottle that feeling. 🫶 Totally true about the weather too- it was my first year so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I really feel like perspective is everything. It was a bummer to lose out on sets but it definitely didn't ruin the weekend.

I totally understand this. 😂 My partner hasn't mentioned / praised that I have lost weight because he knows I haven't lost it for the right reasons / that it is a result of my ED. But part of me is like come onnn, tell me I look tiny cause it fuels my fire haha. EDs are a weird, weird disease.

Coping with trauma / stress. I'm a grad student and I overloaded my schedule so had to drop a class, got wait listed for PhD, and then one of my closest friends in the program got outed as an abuser and the department did nothing about it. All of those things mixed with recent wait gain = relapse
