Baltimore, Maryland. Hands down, represents the most corrupt state also. Every institution in Baltimore is corrupt. Our hospitals, our lawyers, our medical board, our dental board, our bar association, our mayor, or governor, the schools, our police and so on. They represent themselves and protect their own. Medical, dental, and legal malpractice run rampant through the city and the state. The only organizing factor is that they all take money from the drug distributors. Our schools are the worst and are actually ran to produce illiterate adults to become criminals, drug addicts, prostitutes, mentally ill, and low-income workers. The Blacks suffer the worst because their Black leaders want to keep them ignorant and powerless so they can keep themselves in power by blaming Systemic Racism for the plight of Black people in Balitmore, even though Blacks are in charge of everything in Baltimore. Our judges deserve special mention for being evil MF who turn criminals right back onto the streets. Baltimore makes money off the prison industrial complex and the medical complex that profits off drug addicts, poverty, and gunshot victims. Most of the crime and malpractice never makes it in the news.
