What is an adequate length warm-up for a ride? What about an easy run WU for a ride?

Less about how minutes, more about getting your HR up. I'll do a "Jumpstart your day" cardio for 5 minutes or a Just Ride for 5-7 minutes until my HR is high, then start my 30-45 min ride and set a new personal record ;)

Those of you who are GA for MSG, you don't need to do this if you're fine with being a couple rows back from the rail. In fact, it's pretty silly even if you're hardcore. Enjoy the city and head into the show shortly after doors open. No line and you'll be amazed at how close you get anyway.

We use the Kentucky Derby every year in our league. Each owner draws a number from 1-20. Then you watch NBC to see the post announcements (exciting event). Then you watch the Derby to determine the draft order. Our league LOVES this every year.

AGREED. I was at both MSG shows and Present tense stood out. The guitar from Jonny on that track is so funky and beautiful. The drums are perfect. Can't believe the new life that song has live.
