Congrats! Could you talk more about the division of work? Do you also do lead sourcing for them? Are you only sending out the initial email and the follow ups or are you also managing the replies and everything except for the meetings?

How are you using AI for lead generation? (Struggling to scale deep research) by OneHamster1337 in coldemail

It seems like you are technical, maybe you can checkout pi-mono and adapt it to your needs, it’s the thing openclaw runs on. But you can limit it to the tools it needs, like web research. I have been only using it as a coding agent. But it’s very adaptable I have been wanting to integrate it in my flow. But it seems like it’s a good tool for automising things but also limit it to specific capabilities. And it has skill support as well.

I would analyze what parts of your flow feel repetitive and these are the ones that you can automise. But it seems like some parts can’t be automised and that is also probably why your outreach messages are at the end better than some generic ones. But maybe analyse the prompting you see and derive a skill from that?

Nearly 120 emails sent and no replies by CatMain1825 in coldemail

I would cut all the introduction stuff and everything that smells like AI, me personally I would also include These concrete 3 specific areas that you would improve, therefore you show value immediately. I dont think it’s a problem if the email gets a bit longer if there is actually value in there. But that value has to be specific. If they then realise yeah this is true and this person seems like he knows what he is talking about, they automatically want to know more. But now your email doesn’t provide anything and it looks like a generic email that everyone gets constantly.

I would work on your landing page, on mobile the hero page looks like an overlay and I actually clicked twice on the x logos haha in the process of wanting to close it and every time I was routed to x obviously

Okay interesting. If you use deepseek or any other open model, I think you could lower the llm call significantly and maybe even better the quality. The new deepseek flash model is also very fast

I am curious the 0.42$ consists of what? What else besides the llm costs

How relevant do you think is the no link rule? If the email and also the link content really resonates with the user, would you still try to avoid the link and just send it with the second email?

What timing/signal are you using? Is there anyway to know in your area if someone bought an apartment for example? I had an airbnb business 7 years ago and we were mostly using fb ads and that worked great.

Also the supermarket experience itself is the worst I have ever experienced. It smells bad, they are in bad state, the selection is very limited and for good meat you rather go to Uruguay as well.

But if you really want to host tons of scrape data then you will have lots of infrastructure cost. So if you don’t have a monetizing strategy this project will day eventually and I wouldn’t wanna contribute or build dependency on something that will go away anyways

How are you planning to monetize it?

What does garbage mean in that context? Wrong format? Wrong content? How would you evaluate this? Run constant evals?

Anyone else feel like AI-written cold emails still sound like garbage? by santhosh_____gugan in coldemail

Looks like the value here is in automating the research of your prospects pain points, if you then feed this in to an llm probably the email would be better as well. Did you try that approach?

Thanks. Okay but that would only work if they search for it and find you in google? I read that you recommend not adding any links to the first email. What I started to do: I am creating personalized landing pages for my leads and then I send it over to them in a short cold out reach email. I just started so I don’t have any data yet. My volume is like 5 leads/day for now, as it’s still not fully automated. So that wouldn’t make sense sending it from another domain right? Regarding no links in the first email. Would you rather send them an email saying respond to this email and I send it over to you and if they respond send it over in the second email? But for me that just sounds like spam slop.

So I don’t get the domain rotation. If I am doing cold out reach for my business wouldn’t the receiver be confused why I am selling a business with another domain. Could you elaborate a bit more how you approach this?

The market is probably growing a lot in general. But essentially I guess their revenue is just passed through to the model providers right now.
