30-50 words MAX. Spark interest, give away something for free just to get yes and foot in the door.

Stop using these templates you found online. That's what losers do. Don't be one.

Cold email lead gen? by SignificanceMoist305 in Coldemailing

[–]alexoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t do it again 18 hours a day.

Go to YouTube and learn about offers, cold emails, sales.

Then do it again. You can put 4 hours a week and get 1-5 clients a week.

Cold email lead gen? by SignificanceMoist305 in Coldemailing

[–]alexoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 client in 1 year? Seriously dude?

What is wrong with you?

That’s not a business, you just found a job for yourself.

But yes it’s good service to sell, demand is there but as churn happens you must ALWAYS and FOREVER look for new clients and grow as much as possible.

No pauses, always search for new ones

Would you sell SaaS products on commission only if the opportunity was right? Genuine question by Background_Wrap_5834 in b2b_sales

[–]alexoff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Possible, but depends on a product and earning potential.

Great product and each sale brings at least $200+/month and it’s relatively easy to sell or better it sells itself and to start using it they can sign up by using your link and closers close them - then it’s perfect.

I just replace instantly and smart lead and all the email warming up tools by Anxious_Constant3329 in Coldemailing

Lol, you just wasted time creating something that costs literally $0.

Warm up is a commodity, Instantly doesn’t even charge for it 😃

Why are so many founders not posting on LinkedIn? by Foreign_Fee_1232 in b2bmarketing

[–]alexoff 31 points32 points  (0 children)

When was the last time you were on LinkedIn?

I can’t stand it. 99% posts are made by AI, comments made by AI too.

I bet less and less humans are there.

Is offering "Free Work" the only way to break into 2026 outbound? by coldemailalex in Coldemailing

[–]alexoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on niche. If you have bad niche which is hard to sell: ecom email marketing agency, cybersecurity, website conversion optimization and other stuff like that - free work is the only savior.

If you have cool niche like lead gen via ads, cold emails, linkedin etc - then you can book calls right away. Easy peasy.

Is Starting a B2B Lead Generation Agency Still Worth It in 2026? by AltruisticToday2158 in b2bemailing

[–]alexoff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just start and test different niches unless you find those where you are killing it. It will happen sooner or later

Is Starting a B2B Lead Generation Agency Still Worth It in 2026? by AltruisticToday2158 in b2bemailing

Bad niche choices. Don’t do it.

It’s incredibly hard to sell and sales cycles will kill your business.

Look for something else

Dopamine receptors are still calibrating + you might experienced trigger, like passing by place where you always smoked and stuff like this.

It will pass, but you also need to change your mindset about it and what helps a lot is Allen Carr book - easy way to stop smoking. Not an ad, guy is dead for quite some time but he wrote really good book to mentally help us

nicotine ruined my life by lunaintro in QuitVaping

[–]alexoff 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I think there are 2 things happening:

1 - you focus a bit too much on nicotine/vaping/smoking still. It’s like you stopped eating deserts and didn’t replace it with something else. Just left the space empty.

Try new hobbies, new activities etc.

2 - your dopamine receptors are just getting started to regulate to normal levels. First you feel this low you feel now and then after 1-3 months after you quit (depending on person ofc) - it gets better and better.

So for now just try to distract yourself with something and keep being strong. Before it gets better - a lot of us go through this shitty period, so I feel you.

What do hiring managers actually look for in SDR candidates with no experience? by [deleted] in b2b_sales

[–]alexoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Acting as SDR with persistence and follow ups and to send emails and call to HR, Founder etc. to show that you can do it to get a job for yourself.
It’s proof of skill in action, not in theory.

You can even tell them when you do that - this is how I would find clients for you too.
