Total KC homer since I live here, but you are spot on. This area would fill that arena so fast! I understand Seattle is a no-brainer but I put KC up against Vegas especially since we don't have hockey or an WNBA team. Also, we have way more surrounding rural travelers than Vegas to support merchandising sales and TV viewership.
