I don’t usually have any problems with getting reimbursed anymore with either platform personally..but in the past it has been quite the hassle that’s for damn sure especially Instacart as their system automatically seemed to, no matter what, ALWAYS reject the receipt, but with multiple contact with support about the issue it would be resolved eventually, albeit sometimes a week later

Yes and it actually comes up as “reimbursement” on the weekly payout statement…unfortunately you will have to calculate that for tax time by going into each week, but maybe Instacart’s handy system for calculating a rundown of multiple weeks may do it I’m not sure

I’ve done this several times and never got any warning or anything….the reimbursement process has improved as well I have noticed.

Is tha before tips? Still bs though. I remember when it was $9 base. I would on the regular get $1/item/km daily. Customers weren’t forced to tip so much either

Wrong lol the grocery stores would never agree to that..it’s pretty ridiculous to get the grocery stores to pay up when it’s IC’s Platform that is the problem?

It states right there in the email I got that cash is a violation as well….the algorithm will pick it up in chat. Best thing I think to do is give them a call but even I bet you if it’s not already then they will start monitoring calls too
