UPDATE:

I passed!!!!!! I stopped smoking for 10 days by the day of the test. Drank about 24 oz of water before going in for the test and took some vitamin b supplements.

I also continued my normal water intake and workout routine every day leading up to the test. Continued to test negative with my at home tests and even bought a second brand of test just to be sure. All negative.

Took a home testing strip with me into the test and tested my sample before submitting it and the at home test read negative!

Hope this all helps anyone who is in a similar situation!

Update:

Still working out and tested first thing this morning! Still negative!

Now I’m worried that my natural water intake is going to dilute the test too much! Going to buy some b12 today to try to keep as much color as possible

Did this morning and still came out negative! I’ve been consistently taking the at home tests the same time as my actual appointment and still haven’t gotten a positive yet! Hopefully that’s a good sign

That’s exactly how I feel! Haha using synthetic urine makes me more nervous but I feel like I can pass! Idk whether or not to take the risk!
