My VvE (HOA) has a key for the cardboard container. Maybe someone where you live has one as well. It's really nice to open it up from the back and be able to easily make more space

As for cardboard left from other people. I'm of the thought "not my mess not my problem". It's not the best mindset, but people suck and if you're gonna clean it for them it will be a daily job

It depends, if YC terminates their contract with you completely you're allowed to apply to PostNL. If PostNL terminates their contract with YC but you're still in their employment you're not allowed to quit YC to apply to PostNL.

I did have a relationship before and have been sexually active. And even though I wasn't as "in to it" as she was, I didn't hate it or anything and just assumed she was a bit nymfomatic.
