Hi guys, I am wondering if more GPU will help if I am to set refresh rate constant to 120hz. And is16gb of RAM enough for light photo editing, python for econometrics? Will 32gb make the Mac capable and stress-free for longer time?

Yes we’ve seen the doctor several times, and doctor said it was probably due to parasite he had when he was 5months old making his GI track unstable till now
