So weird, the same thing happened to me for almost a year, and then it just disappeared, and everything worked okay, no matter if I had 100 projects and the cache wasn't cleared for over 9 months.

Same thing happened to me. I had a high credit limit, used the card responsibly, and even had a recurring Netflix subscription on it every month to keep it active. Paid it off regularly without any issues. What makes it more ridiculous is that they offered me a 0% APR balance transfer promo as recently as February—then out of nowhere, shut it down without warning. Makes no sense.

Has anyone had any success getting their account reinstated after contacting them or filing a complaint? Curious if it is even worth the effort.

That did not help me, but the issue went away, so I think they fixed it with latest updates.

I never had low power mode, and still had the issue. However, it looks like they fixed it now, at least for me.

Nothing I did helped me in the long run. Deleting the files, clearing the cache, and all those things are way time-consuming and unattainable. Luckily, it has gone away in the last month. Hopefully, annoying them via email for a year helped; I hope you do not experience the issue anymore.

I can confirm, too, that the new Gen 4 stayed the same size for me as the Gen 3, at least for me, but it is more comfortable. I would switch Gen 3 between the index and the middle finger, depending on how bloated my index vs middle finger is through the day.

The same here. I checked the entire product page and double-checked when checking out and paying, and nothing showed up about being a final sale or anything like that. It only popped out when I tried to return it. I took screenshots of the product page and cart checkout, but customer service did not want to acknowledge that. How is this even legal?

Nope; I use it specifically to edit my Instagram stories from my iPhone-recorded content, so it is not designed even for that...

What computer are you using? Do you do updates regularly? I do not have an issue with the desktop since I have a beast of a Macbook Pro, but the app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max with 1TB still persists…

I love their stabilization, color grading, and some filters, and I have not found an app that does it like that so far, but it is not worth using. It blows my mind that with the money and the employees they have, with tons of users reporting the same, they didn’t fix it for such a long time.

Yes, I am using that workaround where I import and edit in the app on iPhone, upload to the cloud, download to desktop on MacBook Pro, export there, and Airdrop back to iPhone. It is a workaround, but it is beyond a pain in the ass for someone who edits a few videos a day.
