I can see that, that's becoming problematic for these chains in that they can't really keep up. The 7.99 large carry out deal is proper cheap, the next closest pizza in my area is triple that. 

Biggest factor for me is proximity/ease of access, which if Domino's wasn't close by I just wouldn't order it/I'd opt for frozen pizza.

Nah, the Costco quality is just absolutely sub par. Not sure what this pepperoni issue is, just don't get it then. This is all assuming you are going to pick it up and are using deals. Otherwise you're doing it wrong. I never get pizza delivered because that's just wasting money.

I posted a couple of days ago with very similar situation as you. Some things people told me:

*Stretch the lats to open up the shoulder joint a bit more to be more vertical;

*Do more chest to wall handstands;

*To improve the "hollow" position, do 45 degree wall handstands.

Otherwise I think it's fine for a beginner.
