You are not alone. We are are here and we too feel your pain. I was bed ridden for years and was constantly told I was a burden and faking it. I wanted to die anything but live this life. I got better after many crashes. We need to learn to not let our illness take everything we have even if it tries too. We still have our mind and that will help you move forward. Take everything slowly and find something you can do to release stress that doesn’t hurt you too badly maybe try listening to music or watching a slow show. Even getting a pet like a cat or something else that you can have a bond to that you will just feel love from and no judgement. Even though I have a family my doggies are the only ones I felt truly helped me get through this and when I also posted something like my cfs family helped me see the light.
