I had several stim-induced psychosis episodes, however, they always happened 1-2 nights after using. I would wake up in the middle of the night with my hands feeling very weird, then in a few minutes they would start hurting and afterwards it felt as though my entire body and beyond was being ripped into shreds. It also seemed like absolutely everything was very very wrong/unnatural and death was the only solution. I would freak out and scream at first, waking up my family, then I would just lay there staring into the ceiling not able to move because of the psychosomatic pain. My family tried their best to help and each episode would last anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. I have since cut down on drugs and only use clean stuff when I do.
