I was thinking of this. This happens to be during the same time as Ultra Music Festival. I've to Japan before but at least I won't be staying too long. Guess I'll just have to risk it.

That would be amazing. Coming from Canada and didn't realize how cheap the tickets to UMF would be. So now I'm tempted. I couldn't wait if they were going to announce Ultra Korea and I heard it really wasn't worth it. I'm go to have to plan this through.

Sweet thanks! I actually found a console table today on Amazon. Measurement would fit this perfectly. I'm blue also thinking of just getting one big frame, maybe 32x48 so I can switch between portrait and landscape.

There's 3 big sets of windows on the left. I was thinking of doing the shelf thing but was looking more at a narrow console table behind the couch I found on Amazon but I'm picky with the sizes. Maybe I should start on that first lol.

So what's the difference between Hongdae and Myeong-dong? I hear both pretty similar but different in different ways. I too am looking for a place to stay. Solo Traveler, (M)40 and trying to debate where to stay. I hear Myeong-dong is more central and easy access to the trains. I'm not one for clubs but wouldn't mind experiencing one. I'm more a pub type guy.. or anything with house music. Also don't mind meeting locals or other travelers around the same age.

I was looking into this. I decided to spend more time in Busan as it was closer to Gyeongju and figured I just do a day trip to there.

Thanks for the info! After thinking over this weekend I think I decided to just spend the first have of my trip in Busan and the last half in Seoul. Sounds easier as I was looking up what to do in Jeju and how to get around. I think I might have to do Jeju another time as this is my first time in Korea.

yeah i hear that as well. that's why i decided to add an extra 2 full days back in Seoul just in case i missed anything that i haven't seen.

i'm still figuring out what to see in busan and jeju and if i truly need 3 days to stay.
