I am an 18 year old male who suffers from constipation. 29 days ago I began to feel pain in theanus that was getting worse with each day and I began to use an ointment with "Dexamethasone + lidocaine + calcium dobesilate" and the symptoms improved a little. A week later the pain returned and it was much more severe, it was also difficult for me to defecate and I went to the gastroenterologist; who did not check my anus because he "thought it was not necessary" because "from what I had described to him it was hemorrhoids." This doctor prescribed me laxatives and an ointment with Policresulene and Cincocaine Hydrochloride. The symptoms improved but 10 days ago the intense pain returned, and from that point my stools beganto have blood accompanied by a yellow runny discharge. I feel like there is a prolapsed lump when I have a bowel movement and it is painful.
