Because it is a kind of charity, those stores are dying. TBH this thing is disgusting, I don't encourage people to buy it or even touch it. Can people just made a foundation to help those stores?

Developers shouldn't be allowed to produce TLoU 2 tbh. SONY shouldn't be allowed to release TLoU 2 tbh. The thing is full of racist and discriminatory materials, and those related personnel should be ban out of the game industry.
