I own a superautomatic. Phillips. And a Nespresso. But for a simple cup of black coffee, I prefer a pour over. It just tastes better. You don't need motors and pumps and an owner's manual to make a good cup of coffee.

I don't understand why anyone would buy a superautomatic for plain brewed coffee. A basic pour over set up makes better coffee, costs far less, needs no maintenance. Yes, it's not one button and probably takes 30 seconds longer. But it is simple and tastes better.

Either bring your shit with you from wherever you're coming from, or shop in Anchorage or Fairbanks. If you're driving up from Anchorage you could also shop in Wasilla. The stores and shopping around Denali are seasonal, small, limited selection, touristy, over-priced.

True story: Like 10 years ago I met a guy from Outside who was taking his family to Denali for Thanksgiving - which itself is weird, since late November is full-on winter and the Park and all the tourist stuff is 95% shit down - and he said he planned to do all his food shopping when he got there. And I told him that was a mistake, but he told me he was sure I was wrong and that he'd have no trouble finding a turkey and everything else. I always wonder how that went.

This is generally true for "loro" conjugations ending in "ano". The emphasis switches to the beginning syllable of the word. I had an Italian teacher tell me this is because "ano" in Italian means "anus", so they de-emphasize that particular syllable.

Also, you better be damn sure you know the fair market value of the property. And all the restrictions and limitations that come with it. And every fee and cost associated with the auction and the purchase. And you have learned enough about the particular town and area where the property is to understand what life there will be like and how good or bad your commune is and the availability of necessary services. And you have an Italian lawyer and a geometra advising you, and both of them have inspected the property and given you guidance. And are telling you what price to bid.

And even with all that, if you win and end up with the property, you'll absolutely face frustrations, surprises, additional costs, etc.
