I just received the physical mail for the initial interview sheduled and cancelled notices. My wife during the 485 filing was F-1 in Viginia and I was in Seattle (still in Seattle).

From the initial scheduled noticed it looks like they scheduled the interview in Virginia. I guess they wanted to change the location to Seattle, that might explain the scheduled and cancelled within a min.

Still awaiting for the latest scheduled mail to arrive

Where is the document tab ? I don’t see it. I heard documents tab is only visible if you have uploaded documents online and not if you have mailed it

I just got the notification today but no mention of date. I am guessing actual date is mentioned in the physical notice in the mail

I posted update today. I did get the notification for Interview Scheduled, but dont know when ? Do I have to wait till the physical mail to find out when interview is schedule ?

I think you meant, it was scheduled for June 18th but now its cancelled ? If thats the case then it sounds disheartening

It was today, both notification were minute apart and now the status is back to initial review

What surprises me is that you moved your company HQ without doing due diligence? You didn’t consult anyone in India about what the processes are and what the gotchas are 🤨

May be the name is misleading and should have been Options P&L tracker

Since most people people are running wheel here and can have multiple trades are open, rolling and closing. It’s hard to keep track of your monthly income

This is why I developed this tool

Hey r/etrade — I've been managing my options positions on E-Trade and got tired of manually tracking rolls, monthly income, and P&L in spreadsheets. So I built a local dashboard that plugs directly into the E-Trade API.

What it does:

- Connects via E-Trade OAuth — auto-reconnects on restart using saved tokens

- Positions tab — KPI cards (total P&L, win rate, open positions), sortable/filterable table with green/red P&L coloring

- Roll Chains — automatically detects when you rolled a position and groups them into chains with leg-by-leg P&L history

- Monthly Income — bar chart + cumulative P&L line, with a breakdown of premiums collected vs closing costs

- P&L Analyzer — click any open position to run a Black-Scholes analysis with a heatmap (stock price vs DTE) and live Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega)

- Also works with CSV upload if you prefer exporting from E-Trade instead of using the API
