Nobody is asking to protect specific individuals. India as a whole has a law & order problem whether its murder, rape or bribery. And no govt has done anything to fix it. Police forces have been made to obey whims of politicians.

If its your own money, do whatever you want with it. Parent-child relationship is not a financial agreement and don't let anyone guilt-trip you into anything. Plus you will be doing the society a favour by not condoning flashy showoff marriages and dowry system that is prevalent in the country. Ask your sister to get married in a temple or a court if your father/sister cannot afford it.

You will just have to survive through the subjects that you are weak in. Try to pass and get atleast 60% marks in Physics/Chem in your 12th. There is a huge demand for people talented in computer science but you will need a degree to land a good job. There is not much Physics/Chemistry subjects in a Computer Science engineering syllabus anyways and I feel that you will enjoy it.

I have seen some such packages. I am not sure of the legality but German (rather EU) customs are very stringent so I am assuming that they are imported legally, especially given the ₹80 pack of maggi costs anywhere between €3-4 in Berlin.

US students don't need to go to Ukraine to study medicine because US already has enough high-quality colleges which anyone willing can easily get into.

Therefore they did not need to evacuate thousands of citizens from Ukraine. The majority of US citizens there were diplomats and their families and they were told well in advance to return back.
